Question
Chapter 20.3, Problem 6AYLO
Summary Introduction
To discuss:
The values and net effects of capillary exchange forces at the arterial and venous ends of the capillary, and how they enable a capillary to give off a fluid at one end and reabsorb it at the other.
Introduction:
Capillaries are known as the business ends or exchange vessels of the cardiovascular system. For nutrients, hormones, leukocytes, and waste to pass through the walls of the blood vessels into tissue, it can occur through capillaries and venules. Capillaries only have a basal lamina and an endothelium.
