ESP Game
Write a
Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Yellow
To select a word, the program can generate a random number. For example, if the number is 0, the selected word is Red; if the number is 1, the selected word is Green; and so forth.
Next, the program should ask the user to enter the color that the computer has selected. After the user has entered his or her guess, the program should display the name of the randomly selected color. The program should repeat this 10 times and then display the number of times the user correctly guessed the selected color. Be sure to modularize the program into methods that perform each major task.

- Using C# in Microsoft Visual Studio create an application that lets the user play the game of Rock, Paper, Scissors against the computer. The program should work as follows:1. When the program begins, a random number in the range of 1 through 3 is generated. If the number is 1, then the computer has chosen rock. If the number is2, then the computer has chosen paper. If the number is 3, then the computer has chosen scissors. (Do not display the computer’s choice yet.)2. The user selects his or her choice of rock, paper, or scissors. To get this input you can use Button controls, or clickable PictureBox controls displaying some of the artwork that you will find in the student sample files.3. The computer’s choice is displayed.4. A winner is selected according to the following rules:• If one player chooses rock and the other player chooses scissors, then rock wins. (Rock smashes scissors.)• If one player chooses scissors and the other player chooses paper, then scissors wins. (Scissors…arrow_forwardSlot Machine SimulationA slot machine is a gambling device that the user inserts money into and then pulls a lever (or presses a button). The slot machine then displays a set of random images. If two or more of the images match, the user wins an amount of money that the slot machine dispenses back to the user. Create a program that simulates a slot machine. When the program runs, it should do the following: Asks the user to enter the amount of money he or she wants to enter into the slot machine. Instead of displaying images, the program will randomly select a word from the following list: Cherries, Oranges, Plums, Bells, Melons, Bars To select a word, the program can generate a random number in the range of 0 through 5. If the number is 0, the selected word is Cherries; if the number is 1, the selected word is Oranges; and so forth. The program should randomly select a word from this list three times and display all three of the words. If none of the randomly selected words match, the…arrow_forwardComputer Science PYTHON PROGRAMMING Write a program that generates a random number in the range of 1 through 100, and asks the user to guess what the number is. If the user's guess is higher than the randomly generated number, the program should display "Too high, try again." If the user's guess is lower, the program prints "Too low, try again." If the user guesses the number, the application should congratulate the user and generate a new random number so the game can start over. Keep track of the number of guesses a user makes before guessing the correct one and display it with the congratulatory message when the user guesses the number correctly. For this assignment, create functions that: generate and return a random number between 1 and 100. format and return the failure and congratulatory messages. Put these function in a module called helper.py and put the rest of the code in game.py. The game module must import the helper module. Please provide both helper.py & game.py…arrow_forward
- 20. Random Number Guessing GameWrite a program that generates a random number in the range of 1 through 100, and asks the user to guess what the number is. If the user’s guess is higher than the random number, the program should display “Too high, try again.” If the user’s guess is lower than the random number, the program should display “Too low, try again.” If the user guesses the number, the application should congratulate the user and generate a new random number so the game can start over.Optional Enhancement: Enhance the game so it keeps count of the number of guesses that the user makes. When the user correctly guesses the random number, the program should display the number of guesses. USE RAPTOR PROGRAMarrow_forwardAirline Reservation System A small airline has just purchased a computer for its new automated reservations system. The president has asked you to program the new system. You are to write a program to assign seats on each flight of the airline's only plane (capacity: 10 seats). Your program should display the following menu of alternatives: Please type 1 for "first class" Please type 2 for "economy" If the person types 1, then your program should assign a seat in the first class section (seats 1-5). If the person types 2, then your program should assign a seat in the economy section (seats 6-10). Your program should then print a boarding pass indicating the person's seat number and whether it is in the first class or economy section of the plane. Use a single-subscripted array to represent the seating chart of the plane. Initialize all the elements of the array to 0 to indicate that all seats are empty. As each seat is assigned, set the corresponding elements of the array to 1 to…arrow_forwardDice game Rules of the game: The players roll three dice, and the program adds the sides that turn up. After the first roll of the three dice, a player may choose to roll the dice as many times as they wish until the player gets at least one side 2 from a dice. When a player gets at least one side 2 from the dice, that player's score drops to zero, and the turn switches to the other player. Both players play the game for an equal number of turns, and the player who gets a score higher than 18 wins. If both players get a score higher than 18 within an equal number of turns, the player with the higher score wins. If both of the players got the same scores, print the scores of the players. These are the minimum required functions for this program. Design and implement these functions. You can create more functions if you choose to. - Part 4 Add this comment: # Ass 1: Part 4 Write a program that generates a random number in the range of 1 through 100, and asks the user to guess what the number is. If the user's guess is higher than the random number, the program should display "Too high, try again." If the user's guess is lower than the random number, the program should display "Too low, try again." If the user guesses the number, the program should congratulate the user by displaying "You won, congratulations.". Samplel: Please enter your guess value: 10 Too low, try again. Please enter your guess value: 15 Too low, try again. Please enter your guess value: 30 Too low, try again. Please enter your guess value: 50 Too low, try again. Please enter your guess value: 60 Too high, try again. Please enter your guess value: 55 Too high, try again. Please enter your guess value: 53 You won, congratulations. For example: • If an item’s wholesale cost is 5.00 and its markup percentage is 100 percent, then the item’s retail price is 10.00.• If an item’s wholesale cost is 5.00 and its markup percentage is 50 percent, then the item’s retail price is 7.50. Trivia Game In this programming exercise, you will create a simple trivia game for two players. The program will work like this: Starting with player 1, each player gets a turn at answering 5 trivia questions. (There should be a total of 10 questions.) When a question is displayed, 4 possible answers are also displayed. Only one of the answers is correct, and if the player selects the correct answer, he or she earns a point. After answers have been selected for all the questions, the program displays the number of points earned by each player and declares the player with the highest number of points the winner. To create this program, write a Question class to hold the data for a trivia question.
